After you have an order, your order number will be posted below and you can check the status of your order at any time.
Processing times are an approximated amount of time it will take me to complete your hairpiece after you have ordered. Please note processing times do NOT include how many days your item[s] will take to ship after orders are completed. Please check processing times before you order, if you need your order rushed, contact us.

I process orders on a first come first come first serve basis in the order that they are listed below.
IF YOU DID NOT PAY WITHIN 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER THESE PROCESSING TIMES DO NOT APPLY. LATE PAYMENTS WILL DISQUALIFY YOU FROM HAVING YOUR ORDER SHIPPED WITHIN THE PROMISED PROCESSING TIMES AND YOUR SPOT IN LINE MAY BE ADJUSTED OR REMOVED.
ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 5-30 WILL HAVE A 6-8 WEEK PROCESSING TIME

awaiting payment - means we are waiting for your payment to arrive.
payment received - means we have received your payment.
payment pending - means you have paid with a personal check, all personal checks must wait 7-14 days to clear before we can start your order.
partial payment received - means we have recieved only a partial amount of your payment and will not start your order untill the remaining amount has been paid, please contact us with any questions.
in progress - means your order is in progress and being created during the time period this status message is posted next to your order number.
order complete - means we have finished your order and it is ready to be shipped, please check your email for a shipment notification, you will receive one soon.
