Please check processing times before you order - if you need your order rushed, contact us. We process orders on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order below. Processing times for custom orders are located on our main page. They are an approximate amount of time it will take us to complete your hairpiece after you make payment. Processing times do NOT include how many days your order will take to ship after it is completed.

IF YOU DID NOT PAY WITHIN 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE YOU YOU ARE INVOICED, PROCESSING TIMES DO NOT APPLY. LATE/NON PAYMENTS WILL DISQUALIFY YOU FROM HAVING YOUR ORDER SHIPPED WITHIN PROCESSING TIMES, AND YOUR SPOT IN LINE MAY BE ADJUSTED OR REMOVED.

payment received - we have received your payment.
payment pending - you have paid with a personal check, all personal checks must wait 7-14 days to clear before we can start your order.
partial payment received - we have recieved only a partial amount of your payment and can not start your order untill the remaining amount has been paid.
in progress - your order is in progress and being created during the time period this status message is posted next to your order number.
order complete - we have finished your order and it is ready to be shipped, please check your email for a shipment notification, you will receive one soon.
